International HR and Payroll Manager (m/f/d)

These will be your responsibilities
  • Manage our day-to-day administrative business for our international offices (200+ employees)

  • Be the point of contact for our employees concerning HR administration related questions

  • Continuously build and improve processes around our HR administration

  • Liaise with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth administration 

You’re offering these qualifications and experience
  • You thrive in a fast-changing, demanding environment and really want to make a difference

  • Several years of experience in HR administration

  • Working knowledge of labor law in one or more European countries is a plus

  • Excellent English communication skills 

  • Excitement for the idea to support the build-up of a young company, driven by your commitment
