HR Admin & Payroll Specialist DE (M/F/D)

These will be your responsibilities
  • Manage our day-to-day administrative business around our 200+ employees in Germany

  • Be the point of contact for our German employees concerning HR and payroll related questions

  • Continuously build and improve processes around our HR administration

  • Liaise with payroll providers to ensure smooth administration and payroll

You’re offering these qualifications and experience
  • You thrive in a fast-changing, demanding environment and really want to make a difference

  • 3+ years of experience in HR and payroll administration

  • Solid knowledge of German labour law and curiosity to learn more

  • Excellent German and English communication skills

  • Excitement for the idea to support the build-up of a young company, driven by your commitment
